RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Every customer who made a purchase at rvnsports.com has the right to return the items within 15 days from the day of receiving the package. If you wish to exchange to another size/colour, just return the product and place a new order.

The above does not apply to swimsuits and products purchased on sale, which are non-refundable and may not be exchanged or returned.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Contact us by email to info@rvnsports.com. We will send you instructions to return a purchased product. We will issue a refund after the package is received and inspected.

We reserve the right to withhold an additional fee or refuse to refund if the items show marks of use, makeup marks, dirt, holes, damages or are without the original barcodes and hangtags attached.

We don’t offer prepaid return labels and it is customer’s responsibility to cover the return shipping cost.
